Every BLDC motor that ships from Cixi passes through the same five engineering functions: CNC machining, controller firmware, stator winding, QA bench testing and application engineering. The team is small enough that a project request reaches the right specialist directly, and experienced enough to run OEM and ODM motor builds end-to-end.

Function 01

CNC Machining Lead

Owns the turning, milling and finishing of motor housings, end caps and output shafts. 8+ years machining motor structural parts on the production floor.

  • Tolerance management for 80mm / 90mm / 110mm frames
  • Shaft concentricity and surface finish for gear-coupled output
  • First-article approval before stator and rotor assembly
Function 02

BLDC Controller Engineer

Designs and tunes the in-house BLD-series and BLDB6010 controller firmware. Handles 6-step trapezoidal, FOC sinusoidal and Hall-feedback closed-loop PID logic.

  • BLD6010 (DC 80–220V) and BLD22010 (DC 18–60V) firmware
  • BLDB6010 FOC controller with 3-mode operation
  • Modbus RS485, CAN bus and 0–5V analog command interfaces
Function 03

Motor Winding Specialist

Manages stator winding for the 12V–110V product range. Owns wire gauge selection, slot fill, insulation class and pole-pair geometry for every BLDC frame.

  • Class B / Class F insulation for industrial duty
  • Hall sensor placement at 120 electrical degrees
Function 04

QA & Testing Lead

Runs performance and endurance bench testing for every batch. Verifies torque-speed curves, no-load current, locked-rotor torque and continuous-duty thermal behavior.

  • Dynamometer torque-speed sweep on each model
  • Endurance run-in with thermal logging
  • Hipot, insulation resistance and IP-rating verification

Application Engineer

Supports OEM and ODM motor projects from first inquiry through prototype. Translates machine-side requirements into a motor-plus-controller package and a quotation.

Winding and CNC leads validate feasibility

The winding specialist confirms slot fill, insulation class and pole-pair count. The CNC lead confirms whether a custom shaft, flange or housing is producible inside lead time.

Controller engineer matches the drive logic

Picks the correct BLD or BLDB controller, sets command interface (analog, PWM, RS485, CAN) and tunes PID for the load profile.

QA runs sample bench tests
