The standard sourcing path Shenghe runs with new procurement teams. Each step has a defined deliverable and a defined response window so the buyer-side procurement, engineering and QA teams know what to expect at every stage.

Step 1 — Send a technical inquiry. Email or WhatsApp the four-number specification: bus voltage, motor power or torque, application and target quantity. The more detail at this stage — duty cycle, expected lifetime, certification need, target destination market, OEM artwork — the tighter the engineering shortlist comes back.
Step 2 — Receive engineering shortlist + quote within 1 working day. Two or three matched motor SKUs with controller pairing, lead time, MOQ and unit price (FOB Ningbo and CIF target port). Each row links to a published spec sheet so procurement can validate before the conversation goes further.
Step 3 — Sample order + factory bench test. Sample MOQ 1 unit, lead time 7–10 days. Samples ship by DHL or FedEx for buyer-side bench testing — torque curve, no-load current, thermal rise, audible noise. Shenghe shares the matching unit's load-bench test record so both sides look at the same numbers.
Step 4 — PO confirmation + production schedule. Procurement issues PO with quantity, ship date, Incoterm, payment term and OEM artwork. Factory confirms the production-line slot in writing. T/T 30% deposit triggers component procurement and stator winding.
Step 5 — Pre-shipment inspection (in person or video). Two days before shipment, the buyer or third-party inspector (SGS, BV, Intertek, TUV) inspects the production batch. For overseas buyers we run live WhatsApp / WeChat video walk-through across QA stations — random unit teardown, dimensional check, Hall test, no-load current.

YT40 and Xinchuan XC36 CNC lathe lines turn motor housings, shafts and end caps to drawing tolerance. Operator-supervised, with first-article inspection on every batch.

2. Stator Winding
