Engineering review

On receiving the RFQ, our engineers confirm voltage, torque, speed range, Hall layout and controller pairing before quoting. Mismatches are caught at this stage, not on the production line.

In-house winding and stacking

Stators are wound in our own workshop using automated winding machines with per-coil resistance check. No sub-contracted winding, no unknown copper source.

Hall alignment and assembly

Hall sensors are positioned and verified on a phase-to-Hall test fixture. This eliminates the most common field-failure cause: wrong commutation from day one.

Full-load burn-in

Every motor runs under nameplate load on a burn-in rack before packing. Current, temperature and noise are recorded on the individual test sheet.

Matched controller validation

The matching BLD or BLDB controller is tested as a pair with the motor. Both ship in the same packaging with a common serial batch.

Documentation
