The Shenghe BL120 is a 48V 2000W right-angle BLDC gear motor designed for AGV traction, solar panel cleaning robots and heavy material-handling drives. The 3-stage planetary reducer steps the 3000 rpm motor down to 30 rpm output speed while multiplying torque to 300 N·m through a 30 mm hollow shaft. Step 1 — Confirm battery bus

Verify 48V DC nominal (13S Li-ion or 4×12V lead-acid). BLD6010 covers 80-220V class; BLD22010 covers strict 48V-only.

Step 2 — Mount with right-angle output

Bolt motor to chassis / wheel bracket so 30 mm hollow output shaft is perpendicular to motor body. Leave 50 mm clearance behind motor for cable strain relief.

Step 3 — Wire motor + controller

UL1007 6AWG power leads U / V / W to controller three-phase output; + / − to battery. UL1007 18AWG Hall signals Ha / Hb / Hc to controller Hall header. Bench-verify rotation before chassis-mounting.
