2. Stator Winding

Copper wire diameter, turns count, slot fill and parallel paths verified against the BOM at each batch start. Hall sensor placement validated before potting. 3. Motor Final Assembly

Final assembly stations integrate stator, rotor, bearings, end caps, encoder mount, sealing per IP target, and Hall harness. Each station has its own torque-controlled tooling; barcode-tracked work-in-progress so each motor's lot number ties back to the production batch. 4. Controller PCB SMT

BLD22010 (DC 18–60V, 10A continuous), BLD6010 (DC 80–220V, 30A continuous) and BLDB6010 (servo controller with FOC + encoder feedback) PCBs built on the same site. Ningbo Lishe (NGB) — 1 hour by car, the closest airport. Direct flights from major China cities and selected international hubs. Best for buyers from Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia.
Shanghai Pudong (PVG) — 3 hours by car, the international gateway. Direct flights from EU, North America, Middle East, Australia, India. Best for long-haul buyers.

Visa Invitation Letter

Chinese business-visa invitation letter (PDF) issued on request — standard document required by most embassies for the M (business) visa. Airport Pickup & Driver
