The Shenghe BL104 is a 48V 1000W L-type BLDC gear motor in the 104mm frame size. Five reduction ratios (30:1 to 100:1) step the 3000 rpm motor down to between 30 rpm and 100 rpm output, multiplying torque to between 76 N·m and 254 N·m. The 25mm hollow output shaft (with 22mm optional) and 120mm PCD mounting flange make this build a good fit for AGV traction in the 200-500 kg payload class, solar panel cleaning robots, heavy conveyor drives and material-handling end-of-line equipment.

Step 1 — Load torque + speed
Compute required output Nm and rpm at the load. Cross-check against the 5-ratio table above to pick the smallest ratio that gives sufficient torque margin (typical: 1.5-2× load torque headroom).
Step 2 — Hollow shaft size
25mm standard for new designs. Choose 22mm only if mating an existing drive shaft of that diameter. For OEM custom cross-sections, send drawing in RFQ.
Step 3 — Controller variant
BLD6010 (DC 80-220V) for systems that may scale; BLD22010 (DC 18-60V) for strict 48V-only AGV / outdoor robotics. Both 10A continuous with PID auto-tune.
