The Shenghe BL90 is a 48V 400W L-type BLDC gear motor in the 90mm frame size — the mid-class option between the lightweight BL80 (60-120W) and the heavy BL104 (200-1000W). Three reduction ratios (30:1 / 40:1 / 100:1) step the 3000 rpm motor down to between 30 rpm and 100 rpm output, with torque between 31 N·m and 102 N·m. The 20mm hollow output shaft (17mm optional) and 104mm PCD mounting flange make this build fit AGV mid-class traction (50-200 kg payload), rotary platforms, indexing tables and packaging-line drives.

AGV Mid-Class Traction (50-200 kg payload)
Two BL90-400W motors at 1:40 ratio deliver 75 rpm wheel speed and 41 N·m torque per wheel — sufficient for warehouse indoor AGV, light outdoor AMR and goods-to-person picking carts. The compact 90mm envelope fits cabinet-mounted AGV chassis where the BL104 is too tall.
Rotary Platforms + Indexing Tables
1:100 ratio gives 30 rpm output at 102 N·m, well-suited to indexing fixtures, rotary welding tables and CNC tool changers. Hall-sensor commutation keeps acoustic noise low for cleanroom and lab installations.
Packaging Machinery + Feed Drives
